Current Health and Safety Recommendations

Our rules and guidelines are in place for everyone’s health and safety.

Please be mindful and respectful to staff and others.

We are a small space and you may not always know the behaviour of the dog behind the door. please always arrive with dogs leashed and be patient if there is another customer in the lobby. We will assist you as soon as possible.

With how busy we can get we ask everyone to be mindful of each other and keep everyone safe. If there is ever a lineup we will assist everyone in order.

Please do not come in if you are feeling unwell.

Guests are not required to wear a mask. However, please do not come if you are unwell or required to self-isolate. We also ask guests to wear a mask if they have been exposed to anyone experiencing illness. Staff may wear a mask if feeling unwell and not contagious. Please be respectful of their decisions.

Please also note that masks should fully cover the nose, mouth, and chin.

If your dog is feeling unwell for any reason we request that they stay home or see a vet ahead of time to be cleared for staying with us. Excessive or additional stress can aggravate symptoms of illness which could worsen during their stay.

You will be notified by email for non-emergencies if your dog starts experiencing any sort of symptoms during their stay. If an emergency occurs you and your emergency contacts will be contacted and your pet will be rushed to the closest emergency vet. We ask that you keep your emergency info up to date just in case it is ever needed.

At this time please leave plenty of space for other guests. We are a very small space in the front office, so this often means that some guests may need to wait outside and we apologize for the inconvenience.

If you need a mask for any reason, we have an emergency supply at the front counter and an employee will be more than happy to hand you one.

If your dog is already boarding and you are unable to pick them up due to illness please let us know as soon as possible and we will work with you to adjust their stay as needed until a family member is able to pick them up.
