Boarding Options

  • Overnight One Dog - $43 per night

    Additional $20 per night for each additional dog in the same kennel

    (ie: two dogs = $63 per night)

    10-Night Packages - Buy 9 nights and get an 10th free!

    10-Night Package - $360 - Prices are based on a single dog and can be adjusted for multiple dogs

    Extended Boarding Payment Requirements - Stays over 21 nights must pay 50% of the bill up front and the rest will be charged at check out in the event that any additional charges need to be added.

  • Half-Day (maximum 4 hours) - $20

    Full-Day (more than 4 hours) - $30

    Pricing is for each dog - additional dogs will be charged the full amount

    10-Day Packages - Buy a 9-day package and get an 10th day free!

    10-Day - Half-Day (maximum 4 hours) - $180

    10-Day - Full-Day (more than 4 hours) - $270

  • Late fee for pick up after 2 pm (does not apply to day boarding) - $15

    XL kennel - $20 per night on request

    Extra Kennel - Additional $40 per night - for dogs who must be housed separately during their stay.

    Extra Cleaning - For dogs who are particularly messy and are frequently creating additional cleaning of bodily fluids in the kennel multiple times a day - variable per visit

    House food - $2 per meal as needed

    Intact fee - $5 per visit. This fee does not apply to dogs under 2 years of age.

    Exit bath (subject to space and availability) - does not include nail trimming or additional brushing - a good bath to freshen up pups before they go home at a discounted rate

    (exit baths applicable to boarding only)

    Travel Fee: If your dog requires veterinary attention and transportation, the following fees will apply:

    • $15 for Coombs, Parksville, and Qualicum areas

    • $25 for Nanaimo

    Damaged Kennel Repair Fee:

    Costs for repairs caused by a dog will now be calculated based on the price of replacement materials as well as the time required for repairs performed by a professional contractor/repair service.

    Peak Season Pre-Payment Requirement:

    During our Peak Seasons (June–August and December), a pre-payment will now be required for:

    A) Any booking longer than three days
    B) Any booking over a holiday period (e.g., Canada Day, Christmas)
    C) Any boarding reservation totaling $1000 or more

    This pre-payment must be received no later than one week before the start of the reservation and will be applied directly to your boarding total (this is not an additional fee). This policy helps us reduce last-minute cancellations during high-demand periods and ensures fairness for longer stays and multi-dog bookings.

    Cancellation Policy:
    (Applicable year round)
    Cancellations must be made 48 hours before your booking to avoid a cancellation fee. Any cancellations made less then 48 hours before your dogs stay will result in additional charges of half your original booking. This must be paid before your dog will be able to board with us again. There are no charges to adjust dates as needed, but extra notice is always preferred as we fill up fast!

Stays over 14 nights receive a 10% discount.
