2026 Price Adjustments
Notice to Our Valued Clients – Boarding & Grooming Price Adjustments for the New Year
Dear Clients,
As we approach the new year, we want to thank you for your continued trust and support. To ensure that we can keep providing the highest standard of care for your pets, several of our Boarding and Grooming fees will be adjusted effective January 1st. Not all rates will change; however, some additional fees will be updated.
Below is an overview of the upcoming adjustments:
Boarding Rate Adjustments & Policy Updates
Additional dogs per kennel: $20
XL Dog Kennel: Additional $20
Unaltered Dog Fee: $5 per day
This fee does not apply to dogs under 2 years of age.
Damaged Kennel Repair Fee:
Costs for repairs caused by a dog will now be calculated based on the price of replacement materials as well as the time required for repairs performed by a professional contractor/repair service.
Peak Season Pre-Payment Requirement:
During our Peak Seasons (June–August and December), a pre-payment will now be required for:
A) Any booking longer than three days
B) Any booking over a holiday period (e.g., Canada Day, Christmas)
C) Any boarding reservation totaling $1000 or more
This pre-payment must be received no later than one week before the start of the reservation and will be applied directly to your boarding total (this is not an additional fee).
This policy helps us reduce last-minute cancellations during high-demand periods and ensures fairness for longer stays and multi-dog bookings.
Discontinuation of Complimentary Baths:
Complimentary baths for stays of two weeks or longer will be discontinued.
Due to increased grooming demand and evolving scheduling needs, we are finding it difficult to continue offering these free grooms in a way that is fair to both our grooming staff and our clients.
We will continue to offer Exit Baths, but availability will depend on scheduling, and shorter stays may be harder to accommodate.
Grooming Rate Adjustments
Some of our grooming rates for certain breeds and larger dogs will be adjusted. These changes apply to grooms that are more challenging and require additional time to complete.
We understand that these are significant updates, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain the quality of service your pets deserve. Your support helps us continue providing a safe, caring, and reliable environment for every animal who stays with us.
